NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans are perfect at home this season, and even though their 3-7 overall record stinks, they have won all three games at Nissan Stadium. They'll try to make that four in a row on Sunday when they take on the Carolina Panthers.

Welcome to our live blog, where we'll keep you up to date in real time with all the news and views from the game, straight from press row. We'll also throw in some opinion and highlights as well. The most recent items are at the top, so just refresh to see it all.

Enjoy the game!

3:05 p.m. Three kneel-downs and it's over. The Titans win 17-10 and they are now 4-0 at home.

3:02 p.m. — Bryce Young throws a screen out in the left flat on fourth down, but it comes up short and the Titans hold. Can run the clock out now.

2:19 p.m. — The third quarter ends with the Titans on the march. Starting from the 20, Will Levis hits DeAndre Hopkins on an out route for 19 yards.

1:46 p.m. — Another phantom defensive holding penalty on the Titans keeps the Panthers' first drive of the second half alive. And then another one, this time pass interference on Sean Murphy-Bunting. Refs hearing it from the fans. Panthers turn it into a touchdown, with Chuba Hubbard scoring from 5 yards out. There's 8:06 to go in the third quarter. TITANS 17, PANTHERS 10.

1:32 p.m. — The Titans do a great job of stealing three points right before the half. Will Levis makes a terrific throw over the middle to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine for 18 yards, and on the next play, Nick Folk ends the half with a 53-yard field goal. TITANS 17, PANTHERS 3.

1:05 p.m. — The Titans defense has struggled to create turnovers all year, but they were able to create one in the second quarter against the Panthers when edge rusher Arden Key stripped Bryce Young and gave the ball back to the Titans' offense. They scored two plays later on a Derrick Henry 10-yard run. TITANS 14, PANTHERS 3.

12:53 p.m. — Carolina puts a nice drive together and gets a 50-yard field goal by Eddy Pineiro out of it. Got the benefit of a phantom defensive holding penalty on Kristian Fulton that happened a good 50 yards away from the play. TITANS 7, PANTHERS 3.

12:33 p.m. — Couldn't really ask for a better opening quarter for the Titans. They ran 19 plays to just five for the Panthers, and had more than 11 minutes in time of possession. TITANS 7, PANTHERS 0.

12:30 p.m. — What a great drive by the Titans. They go 91 yards on 15 plays and score on a Derrick Henry run from 1 yard out. Nick Folk adds the PAT. Will Levis has been solid so far at QB for the Titans. He's 8-for-10 passing for 99 yards. TITANS 7, PANTHERS 0.

12:10 p.m. — Carolina gets one first down but then is forced to punt. Titans take over on their own 9-yard line after a holding penalty on the punt return.

11:58 a.m. — Carolina won the toss and elected to defer. The Titans will start with the ball, at their own 20. Will Levis hits DeAndre Hopkins for 19 yards on the first play, but then can't do anything after that and are forced to punt. Carolina will start at its own 20 after a Ryan Stonehouse punt goes into the end zone.

11:50 a.m. — Derrick Henry is about to hit a milestone today. The Tennessee running back has 8,998 rush yards, so he'll go over 9,000 early this game. He'll be just the eighth running back in NFL history with 9,000 rushing yards and 80 touchdowns before his 30th birthday.  Another milestone of note: wide redeiver DeAndre Hopkins has 895 catches and 11,948 receiving yardfs, so five catches for 52 yards will reach a few more milestones.

11:40 a.m. — The Titans had to put Chris Hubbard on injured reserve this weekend with a shoulder injury, and that's too bad. He's been pretty good at right tackle, all things considered. Dillon Radunz, a 2021 draft pick, makes his first career start at right tackle.

11:30 a.m. — There's a real Jekkyl & Hyde feel to this Titans season so far. At Nissan Stadium, they are 3-0 and are averaging 27.3 points per game. Away from Nashville, they are 0-7 and averaging just 12.3 points per game.
