2:32 p.m. — The Browns score again, this time on a 43-yard touchdown pass from Deshaun Watson to Amari Cooper. There's 6:51 left in the game, and it's BROWNS 27, TITANS 3.
2:13 p.m. — We're heading into the fourth quarter now, and it's been all Browns. They lead 20-3 and the Titans have a grand total of 93 yards of offense. Just eye-scratching bad. Back in action, Ryan Tannehill gets sacked on consecutive plays. That's five sacks now.
2:01 p.m. — The Browns are in the end zone again, scoring on a 3-yard touchdown run by Jerome Ford. Very impressive drive by Cleveland, with several big plays from quarterback Deshaun Watson. They went 85 yards in 11 plays, and looked good doing it. BROWNS 20, TITANS 3.
1:49 p.m. — We start the second half with a Titans possession. Derrick Henry had a run for 9 yards, and he's now got 4 yards rushing in seven attempts. Titans forced to punt after one first down. Browns on the move now.
1:28 p.m. — The Titans cost themselves at least three points at the end of the half. They used their third and final timeout before third down, and then Ryan Tannehill gets sacked with 5 seconds left. The clock runs out.
1:04 p.m. — With all these negative plays, the Titans have just 27 yards of total offense so far, with 3:49 to go in the second quarter. Browns take over and move down the field. Dustin Hopkins connects on a 52-yard field goal with 1:00 to go in the half. They go 46 yards on seven play. BROWNS 13, TITANS 3.
12:54 p.m. — The Titans get their first first down of the game at the 9:05 mark in the second quarter on a pass from Ryan Tannehill to DeAndre Hopkins. A holding penalty on Andre Dillard on third down slows down the drive, forcing a third-and-12. Then he was whistled for a false start on the next play. The Titans get bailed out when they get a pass interference penalty on a go-route for Treylon Burks. Three more negative plays, though, and the Titans are out of field goal range and forced to punt.
12:47 — A tough pass interference penalty on Kristian Fulton on long pass down the left side intended for Amari Cooper. Turns out to be a 37-yard penalty. Looks like Deshaun Watson got banged up a bit on the hit too while he was throwing. The Browns score three plays later when running back Jerome Ford gets free from Titans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair. Kick is good. BROWNS 10, TITANS 3.
12:37 p.m. — The Titans tie the game on a 46-yard field goal by Nick Folk after a brutally ugly drive. The Titans lost yardage on all three plays. This offense is a mess.
12:31 p.m. — I talked in my GameDay prediction about how the Titans were going to need turnovers to win, and they just got their first, a fumble by wide receiver Elijah Moore after a catch. Titans take over on the 17, but go nowhere on first and second down. The first quarter ends before third down. Longest play of the quarter for the Titans? A measly 6 yards.
12:25 p.m. — It's three-and-out again for the Titans. On third-and-12, Ryan Tannehill threw out into the left flat to tight end Chig Okonkwo, but he could only gain 6 yards. Another good Ryan Stonehouse punt, and Cleveland starts at its own 11-yard line.
12:20 p.m. — The Titans force a three-and-out as Deshaun Watson misses for the first time on his third-down throw. They punt, and Mason Kinsey — who's in at punt return for rookie Kearis Jackson — returns it 13 yards to the 39-yard line. Good field position for the Titans' second drive. Need something out of this.
12:15 p.m. CT — The Titans go three-and-out and are forced to punt. Cleveland pass rusher Myles Garrett blew right through left tackle Andre Dillard and forced quarterback Ryan Tannehill into a quick throw to the left flat that sailed high.
12:05 p.m. CT — The Browns are on the move on the first drive, with quarterback Deshaun Watson completing three passes for first downs. But the Titans stiffen, and the Browns have to settle for a 48-yard field goal from Dustin Hopkins. BROWNS 3, TITANS 0. The drive was 12 plays and Watson was 5-for-5 passing for 41 yards.
11:55 a.m. CT — The Titans win the toss and defer. The Browns will get the ball first.
11:50 a.m. CT — The Titans snapped an eight-game losing streak last week against the Chargers, but their four-game road losing streak is still intact. Last road win was Nov. 17, 2022 at Green Bay.
11:40 a.m. CT — I'm really curious to see how the Titans' offensive line holds ups today. The Browns can bring it, led by Myles Garrett, a former No. 1 overall pick who's played like it. They need to give quarterback Ryan Tannehill time to throw.
11:30 a.m. CT — There are no surprises on the Titans' inactive lists. Rookie left tackle Peter Skoronski is out, and offensive lineman Jaelyn Duncan is inactive as well. Will Levis is the third quarterback. Titans wearing white jerseys with blue pants.
