NASHVILLE — The NFL offseason is barely a day old, but oddsmakers and football analysts already place coach Brian Callahan's Tennessee Titans near the bottom of the league.

ESPN's "way-too-early" power rankings have the Titans 28th of 32 NFL teams. The panel of 80 writers, editors, and TV personalities cites Tennessee's offensive line as the most critical concern.

"The Titans' offense was paralyzed last season by poor play in the trenches. Tennessee's 64 sacks allowed were tied with the Jets for the third most. All of the blame can't be placed on the offensive line," ESPN's Turron Davenport wrote. "But Jaelyn Duncan (16, third) and Andre Dillard (13, sixth) were among the top 10 offensive linemen in sacks given up. The Titans will need to upgrade at least two of their five offensive line starters. Expect Tennessee to make a move in free agency. The Titans will also likely address the position in a draft class that is very deep there."

ESPN's views are similar to how bettors see Tennessee's chances. Fan Duel puts the Titans at +15000 odds to win the 2025 Super Bowl — meaning a successful wager of $100 would win $15,000.

It's important to remember the Titans have 24 free agents, including running back Derrick Henry, and lots of salary cap room, so these projections could change with free agency starting March 13. The NFL Draft is April 25-27.
