NASHVILLE - The list is simple when it comes to the things Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel hopes to see from his team during this week's mandatory minicamp.

The veteran head coach was asked about those things he wants to see from his team following the practice On Tuesday.

"I think we're learning, I think we've put in, I think we've put a lot of our first and second down offense in," said Vrabel. "We started on third down, and we'll hit the red zone and get a lot of reps there as we finish up."

"From that point, we've got a lot in and stuff that we'll use throughout the season that we call banked reps," said Vrabel. "And again, I think there's been some technique stuff, and it's good to be able to practice with some speed, and I like how our guys are trying to take care of each other and make each other better."

It's still early, and there is a lot of work left before this team is ready to kick off this season against the Saints in New Orleans. Still, the energy level of the practices has been high, and in watching this offense go through its paces, we can see the plan beginning to take shape as to what the Titans are hoping to be able to do this season.

Also, this coaching staff seems to be in lockstep as they move from drill to drill during the different portions of these practice sessions, and they are constantly coaching the players on and off the field as they work to improve during these practice sessions.

That said, this is not a sunshine-pumping attempt but merely an attempt to share what I've seen and where this team is at this moment in time in their maturation process together.
