NASHVILLE - According to a just-released report from Jim Wyatt of the Titan online site, the Tennessee Titans and Minnesota Vikings will share a pair of joint practices prior to their preseason matchup on August 19.

Per Wyatt's report,  Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell announced his team's join work with the Titans, and Arizona Cardinals this preseason.

"I know both coach (Mike) Vrabel and (Cardinals) coach Jonathan Gannon, both of those guys I have personal relationships with, and I know what kind of leaders they are, and I know what kind of teams they'll be bringing here," O'Connell said. "To be able to have that is a critical, critical part of our training camp formula."

The Titans open their preseason in Chicago against the Bears at Soldier Field on August 12, followed by their extended trip to Minneapolis for practices with the Vikings at the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center prior to the preseason contest at U.S. Bank Stadium.

Following the Titans visit to the Twin Cities, they return home for their only preseason game at Nissan Stadium, as they will host the New England Patriots on August 25.

The Titans travel to New Orleans to face the Saints inside the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Sept. 10.
