The Tennessee Titans found themselves back in Nashville in Week 12 and to no surprise, back in the win column. There were some impressive performances that got them to the finish line from some of their biggest stars, but there were some concerning performances as well.

Let's take a look at some winners and losers in this week's Titan Up/Titan Down!

Titan Up

Derrick Henry

Henry was the most exciting takeaway from a game the Titans won, but didn't necessarily play that well in. Henry went over 9,000 career rushing yards, going for 76 in the game and scored two touchdowns. Who knows what the future holds for Henry or the Titans, so it's best to appreciate these performances.

Roger McCreary

McCreary didn't do it alone, but his performance in the slot against talented wide receiver Adam Thielen was to be commended. McCreary struggled in recent weeks playing on the outside due to injuries, but back in the slot in Week 12, McCreary played well.

Defensive Line

There wasn't enough slots to list everyone who deserves credit. Jeffery Simmons and Denico Autry at the top of the list, but Arden Key and Harold Landry played their part. In total, the Titans' top four rushers put up 13 tackles, four sacks, six tackles for loss, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. Dominating performance against a bad offensive line.

Titan Down

Kristian Fulton

Fulton continues to struggle this season. He seems to constantly get penalties on third down that extend drives. He was benched temporarily again in Week 11 after it happened earlier in the season. His time with the Titans is coming to an end. Both sides will likely be excited to move on.

Azeez Al-Shaair

The veteran linebacker brought some experience to a young group and was a cheap, $5 million signing, but he simply isn't a top linebacker. Al-Shaair has put up some good tackle numbers and has been out on the field consistently, but his missed tackles are piling up as well. It's clear he is a borderline secondary linebacker and the Titans would be wise to play Monty Rice and Jack Gibbens together more.

Titans' Draft Pick

The Titans won the battle, but may have taken a step closer to losing the war that lies ahead in the offseason. The Titans started the week with the sixth pick and finished the weekend with the tenth. This team needs massive upgrades across the roster. With nearly $100 million in cap space and proper draft picks, they might be able to turn this team around. That job got harder in Week 12.
