The Los Angeles Rams will reportedly meet with running back Todd Gurley to discuss his future with the franchise. Gurley is owed $7 million in bonuses in March and the team will have to decide if he’s part of the long-term plan or not. If the Rams cut Gurley right now it would cost them $20.15 million in dead money. Gurley is coming off a career low in both rushing yards and attempts. SI’s Amy Campbell takes a deep look into Gurley’s situation with the Rams and how his contract was the precedent for other notable running back deals that teams may be regretting in hindsight.
