On Sunday the Saints signed utility offensive player Taysom Hill to a two-year extension. Also on Sunday, the Saints signed former Tampa Bay quarterback Jameis Winston to a one year deal. Reportedly, Winston was not guaranteed the back-up job in NOLA, leaving him to compete with Hill and the newly-drafted seventh-round pick Tommy Stevens.
