Robin Lundberg: Football season is approaching, believe it or not. And Connor Orr of the MMQB broke down the weaknesses of every NFC team. We're also joined by Mike Fisher of Cowboys si.com. Now, kind of let's start with the Buccaneers because they are sort of the team of the offseason if you will when you consider their roster very dangerous. Well, what weaknesses do they have?
Conor Orr: Well, I was teetering between quarterback and running back for this, but I ended up going with running back and I included this caveat. So the Buccaneers running game faced more loaded boxes than almost any team in football last year. Perhaps that was because of how erratic James Winston was. That will change. And I think the running game will get better. They've added pieces in the draft along the way. But for now, you have to pick one thing that you might be a little bit concerned about. I would say the running game, nobody that's kind of unique to Tom Brady and fits him. Exactly.
Robin Lundberg: Now, Mike, obviously the Buccaneers are the story of the Off-Season for the Cowboys is always a story. What are their needs?
Mike Fisher: Ever since the departure of Darren Woodson. They've been searching for something and yet then unwilling to make a big financial commitment to it. That's why they flirt with Earl Thomas. It's why they've flirted with the idea of Jamal Adams. But even here inside this building, they admit that there's got to be some bend somewhere in a salary cap era. They have done some things with Haha Clinton-Dix. That's helpful. Maybe the loss of Jeff Heath is not helpful. And then there are whispers about the idea of quarterback Chidobe Awuzie maybe sliding over, too. But those whispers haven't come to fruition yet, and therefore, excellence at safety hasn't come to fruition in Dallas either.
Robin Lundberg: Mike Connor, I appreciate your time.
