As the NFL season approaches, SI's John Garcia discusses with MMQB's Albert Breer about his insights on top candidates for 2020 Coach of the Year.  Albert lists Dallas Cowboys Head Coach Mike McCarthy at the top of his list.  Other NFL coaches on his list include Arizona's Kliff Kingsbury and Texans Bill O'Brien.  Albert shares his thoughts on the upcoming season for Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots especially after Tom Brady signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
