Eagles Draft Heisman Trophy Winner Devonta Smith
The Philadelphia Eagles select Devonta Smith with the 10th pick of the NFL Draft
The Eagles and Cowboys made a rare in-draft trade between division rivals which gave Philadelphia the tenth pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. The Eagles used that pick to draft Alabama wide receiver and reigning Heisman Trophy winner Devonta Smith. The Eagles also used their first round pick on a wide receiver in 2020 with the selection of Jalen Reagor.
