Jordan Love, Packers Agree to One-Year Extension
In the wake of one of the most consequential trades in franchise history, the Packers appear to have locked down their quarterback of the future for another season.
Green Bay has agreed to a one-year, $22.5 million extension with quarterback Jordan Love, according to a Tuesday morning report from ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Per the report, Love will earn $13.5 million fully guaranteed in 2024, when the extension kicks in.
Love’s four-year, $12 million rookie deal was set to expire at the end of 2023. The Packers picked the Utah State product with the 26th selection of the 2020 draft.
