We are on the cusp of one of the most entertaining times of the NFL offseason ..... Free agency.

We throw salary caps and reality out the window for our 2019 Free Agent Mock Draft. We take the current NFL Draft order and let each team have their pick of the litter when it comes to top free agents. So while it might be a tad unrealistic .... it's damn fun to do.

1. Arizona Cardinals (Lups) - Landon Collins S, New York Giants

It’s hard to believe the Giants are letting this guy walk but they are doing just that. Collins would be a huge pickup for the Cards and would form a formidable tandem with Budda Baker.

2. San Francisco 49ers (Onebar) - Le’veon Bell RB, Pittsburgh Steelers

The 49ers have bigger needs, but given the chance can’t pass on this game changing running back. At only 27 years old, Bell has plenty of tread left on the tires.

3. New York Jets (Lups) - Anthony Barr OLB, Minnesota Vikings

The Jets offer Barr big money to keep him off the west coast. Barr could absolutely dominate playing on the edge in a 3-4, where he gets to blitz the quarterback relentlessly.

4. Oakland Raiders (Onebar) - C.J. Mosley LB, Baltimore Ravens

Oakland needs themselves some serious help at the linebacker spot. How the Ravens can let this guy go will keep me up night after night.

5. Tampa Bay Bucs (Lups) - Earl Thomas S, Seattle Seahawks

The Bucs could use this ball hawking safety next to young Justin Evans. As long as Thomas is healthy, he should vastly improve the Bucs defense.

6. New York Giants (Onebar) - Tyrann Mathieu S, Houston Texans

Letting Landon Collins go doesn’t leave a hole in that secondary, it leaves a freakin crater.

7. Jacksonville Jaguars (Lups) - Nick Foles QB, Philadelphia Eagles

This actually sounds like it might happen. Foles would be an upgrade over Bortles but it’s worth wondering if he can be successful outside of Philly.

8. Detroit Lions (Onebar) - Trey Flowers DE, New England Patriots

Not much to overly love about the Lions defensive front. Especially with Ansah about to hit free agency.

9. Buffalo Bills (Lups) - Rodger Saffold G/T, LA Rams

The Bills need help at guard and tackle and Saffold can play them both. This also frees the team up to take a sexy weapon for Josh Allen at pick 9.

10. Denver Broncos (Onebar) - Daryl Williams OT, Carolina Panthers

At only 26 years old Williams could help this depleted offensive line for the next 4-5 years.

11. Cincinnati Bengals (Lups) Jordan Hicks LB, Philadelphia Eagles

Hicks doesn’t get the love that he should. The Bengals need a middle linebacker and land a very good one here.

12. Green Bay Packers (Onebar) - Za’Darius Smith LB, Baltimore Ravens

Dream scenario for the Packers. Smith fills a huge need and is one of the best overall players in free agency.

13. Miami Dolphins (Lups) - Teddy Bridgewater QB, New Orleans Saints

It’s unlikely the Dolphins will be able to land a qb at pick 13 without reaching. Why not take the local boy here. He’d be a fan favorite and an upgrade over anything they’ve had at the position in years.

14. Atlanta Falcons (Onebar) - Sheldon Richardson DT, Minnesota Vikings

This is a perfect fit. The Falcons have a big need at defensive tackle, and Richardson really shouldn’t be available at this point. This won’t happen in reality as the Falcons don’t have the cap space to sign the big penetrator.

15. Washington Redskins (Lups) - Golden Tate WR, Detroit Lions

The Redskins reach a bit here, but the need is too damn huge to pass on. Tate would be Washington’s best target day 1, and give Keenum some hope in the pocket.

16. Carolina Panthers (Onebar) - Mitch Morse C, Kansas City Chiefs

Not a sexy pick but it has teeth. Morse is still only 27 years old and can help get this Panthers line get back on track.

17. Cleveland Browns (Lups) - Ndamukong Suh DT, Los Angeles Rams

Suh would be a major upgrade over Trevon Coley and the Browns are clearly willing to spend to get their team to the big dance this year.

18. Minnesota Vikings - Ziggy Ansah DE, Detroit Lions

Vikings never shy away from going for best player available. Minnesota has plenty of questions along the defensive line heading into free agency, adding Ansah would give fans much needed warm and fuzzies.

19. Tennessee Titans - Dante Fowler OLB, LA Rams

The Titans need a new edge rusher with Orakpo leaving. Getting Fowler in Free agency opens up more options for them in the Draft.

20. Pittsburgh Steelers (Onebar) - Tevin Coleman RB, Atlanta Falcons

Conner was fantastic when filing in for the absent Bell. But they’ll need another guy to help carry the load moving forward.

21. Seattle Seahawks (Lups) - Kwon Alexander LB, Tampa Bay Bucs

The Seahawks replace KJ Wright with this linebacker who is coming off a big time injury.

22. Baltimore Ravens (Onebar) - Lamarcus Joyner S, Los Angeles Rams

The Ravens shockingly let Eric Weddle go leaving a big ole need in that secondary. Joyner doesn’t get as much love as he should, solid safety.

23 Houston Texans (Lups) - Jared Cook TE, Oakland Raiders

The Texans haven’t had a top notch tight end since the glory days of Owen Daniels. Cook is coming off a huge season, and could do produce huge numbers in the Texans offense.

24. Oakland Raiders (from CHI) - Tyrell Williams WR, San Diego Chargers

Williams is a burner, and Oakland needs as much help as they can possibly find at receiver. In a free agent class not overly stacked with receivers they make a reach.

25. Philadelphia Eagles (Lups) - Ronald Darby CB, Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles liked what the saw from Robes a year ago, and bring him back after his injury.

26. Indianapolis Colts (Onebar) - Mark Ingram RB, New Orleans Saints

Colts are very close to making a run in the AFC, adding another reliable option in the backfield could help get them over the hump.

27. Oakland Raiders (From Cowboys) (Lups) - Ha-Ha Clinton Dix S, Green Bay Packers

The Raiders opt to fill a need over value here. Dix would be an instant starter and gives them room to address other needs in the Draft.

28. Los Angeles Chargers (Onebar) - Bradley Roby CB, Denver Broncos

Chargers secondary is just gross. They need a young playmaker like Roby back there in hopes of shutting down opposing offense.

29. Kansas City Chiefs (Lups) - Matt Paradis C, Denver Broncos

The Chiefs lost Mitch Morse but land his replacement right here.

30. Green Bay Packers (from NO) - Jay Ajayi RB, Philadelphia Eagles

Nobody questions his talent, but can he stay healthy? If so would be a steal for the Pack at pick 30.

31. Los Angeles Rams - (Lups) - Preston Smith DE/OLB, Washington Redskins

The Rams are losing Dante Fowler and are picking way too low to land Anthony Barr. Instead they go with the underrated Smith and land themselves a fine pass rusher.

32. New England Patriots (Onebar) - Eric Weddle S, Baltimore Ravens

The Patriots secondary is old and crusty, why not add another old timer that is still performing at a high level.
