Vikings superstar wide receiver Justin Jefferson left Sunday's game against the Chiefs in the fourth quarter due to a hamstring injury. His return has been listed as questionable.

Jefferson slipped on a route in the red zone shortly before the Vikings scored a touchdown that made it a 27-20 ballgame.

After spending some time in the medical tent, Jefferson did not have his helmet on as he sat on the sideline for the start of the Vikings' next offensive possession. It would obviously be a massive blow to Minnesota's offense if their best player can't return to this game as they look to mount a late comeback.

Prior to leaving, Jefferson had his quietest game of the season with just three catches for 28 yards, although he did draw four different penalties on one possession in the first half. He had a league-leading 543 receiving yards through the first four weeks of this season.

With Jefferson sidelined, rookie Jordan Addison becomes the Vikings' top receiver. He caught his third career touchdown in the first half of this game. K.J. Osborn and Brandon Powell are also on the field in three-receiver sets.

T.J. Hockenson also left the game after being shaken up following a play.

Earlier in the contest, Chiefs TE Travis Kelce left with an ankle injury but was able to return to action.
