Looks like the Penguins won't have to wait until Tuesday to unwrap their present after all.
The team announced this morning that Jarome Iginla has cleared up his work visa issues and is set to make his Penguins debut this afternoon against the New York Islanders.
He'll hit the ice without the benefit of a morning skate, let alone a practice, with his new team, but a pretty cushy slot in the lineup should help ease his transition.
Coach Dan Bylsma revealed that Iginla will start the game with Evgeni Malkin and James Neal on Pittsburgh's ridiculously loaded second line.
