The team has announced that it will hold a press conference on Wednesday with Peverley's doctors to give an update on the situation.
Meanwhile, Dallas beat writer Mike Heika has confirmed a rumor that began circulating early this morning that said that Stars forward Alex Chiasson did not accompany his teammates on the charter to St. Louis. Heika reported that the rookie forward had been taken to the hospital but was released. Team officials then made the decision that Chiasson would be better served by resting. Dallas has called up Colton Sceviour and Chris Mueller to fill the spots in the lineup left by Chiasson and Peverley.
