Ben Bishop added another bullet point to his Vezina Trophy resume -- the single-season Tampa Bay Lightning wins record.

With the Bolts' 3-0 victory over the Devils, Bishop earned his 31st win, giving him one more than previous record holder Nikolai Khabibulin, who won 30 games back in 2002-03. Bishop blanked New Jersey by turning aside 23 shots for his fifth shutout of the season.

Seen as one of the major reasons why the Lightning handled the extended loss of sniper Steven Stamkos (broken leg) so well, Bishop has posted a .929 save percentage, which ranked the third-best in the league as of Saturday. He also holds a 2.10 goals-against average, the sixth best. His 31 wins rank fourth, with 15 games regular season games remaining for Tampa Bay.
