Who plays for Team Europe, North American Youngstars in World Cup?

As expected, the NHL and NHLPA confirmed today that we'll see return of the World Cup of Hockey in 2016 and that the field will include a pair of multinational sides.

Team Europe will be comprised of players from countries outside of the Czech Republic, Finland, Russia and Sweden.

The players for Team North American Youngstars will be selected from a pool of the best 23-and-under players from Canada and the United States. Any born after the age cut-off date (still to be determined) will be available for selection exclusively by the Youngstars.
