NHL Player Safety offers absurd explanation for Roussel suspension

season for punching an unsuspecting opponent.

In 54 games this season, the 25-year-old Roussel has 11 goals and 11 assists. He will sit out Friday's game against the Florida Panthers and Saturday's game against the Colorado Avalanche.

The Stars are 25-21-8 and tied for the No. 10 seed in the Western Conference.
