Sabres defenseman Josh Gorges could be done for season

Buffalo Sabres defenseman Josh Gorges is close to being done for the season, according to the Buffalo News.
Gorges has been dealing with a lower body injury and was originally considered day-to-day. He last played on Feb. 10 in a game against the Senators.
"It’s leaning that way, but we’ll see in the next little bit here," Sabres coach Ted Nolan said of the prospect of Gorges missing the rest of the season. "He's getting final information. He’ll make a final decision in probably 24 to 48 hours."

The Sabres (17-37-4) host the New York Rangers on Friday night.
