Watch: Oilers rookie Connor McDavid scores first NHL goal

Edmonton Oilers rookie center Connor McDavid scored his first NHL goal on Tuesday in his third career game.
With the Oilers down 2–1 in the second period to the Dallas Stars, McDavid moved in on goal as defender Andrej Sekera ripped a shot from the left point. McDavid redirected it on goal, past goaltender Kari Lehtonen, for the score.
McDavid, a highly touted 18-year-old prospect, was taken No. 1 in June’s NHL draft.
