Panthers’ Jagr scores 731st goal, tied for fourth all-time in NHL history
Panthers’ ageless wonder Jaromir Jagr added yet another major milestone to his lengthy resume on Thursday night in Florida, tying Hockey Hall of Fame member Marcel Dionne for fourth all time in goals.
Jagr’s tally in the opening minute of the Panthers-Capitals game was the 731st of his career, and he is now just 10 goals behind Brett Hull for third all time.

The Czech Republic-born forward is also chasing third all time in points, with his 1,823 points putting him 27 behind “Mr. Hockey” Gordie Howe. He's the league's active leader in goals, assists (1,092), and points accumulated through 22 NHL seasons with the Penguins, Capitals, Rangers, Flyers, Stars, Bruins, Devils and Panthers.
At 43 years old, Jagr currently leads Florida in goals (9) and points (21) in 26 games.
