Bruins netminder Tuukka Rask was disgusted by his team's performance, saying after the game, "Embarrassing loss. I haven't seen us play so bad in a while. It was bad. You would think that, especially when we're missing guys like we are, you'd have to play hard and stick with the system. It definitely didn't look like it today.
All in all, a good day for hockey with temperatures in the high 30s and ice conditions excellent. Some snow flurries even appeared late in the game.
