No stranger to big moments, Washington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie added yet another clutch goal to his resume.
With the Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins tied a three in overtime in Game 1 of their second-round playoff series, Oshie, whose big-game legend rose at the Sochi Olympics, netted a wraparound goal at 9:33 of the extra period to give Washington the win.
The party was halted while on-ice officials verified the call, making for some anxious moments for fans at Verizon Center in Washington, D.C.

The officials eventually ruled the puck had indeed crossed the goal line and the true victory celebration began.
Game 2 between the Capitals and Penguins is set for Saturday at 8 p.m. ET.
