The St. Louis Blues clinched their spot in the Western Conference Final on Wednesday night.

The Blues, powered by three first-period goals, routed the Dallas Stars for a Game 7 win. St. Louis awaits the winner of Thursday’s Nashville Predators-San Jose Sharks Game 7 to find out their opponent in a series that's set to begin in Sunday.

Robby Fabbri, St. Louis Blues

Blues rout Stars in Game 7 to make Western Conference Final

As if a series-clinching win wasn't enough to celebrate, the rookie winger also set a pair of records in St. Louis's 6-1 win Wednesday night. He became the youngest player in NHL history to score a Game 7 goal (20 yrs, 110 days) when he got the Blues on the board just 5:23 into the first. Then, by adding a pair of assists, he became the youngest ever to tally three points in a Game 7.

Alex Pietrangelo, St. Louis Blues

He was one of the few Blues who didn't find his way onto the scoresheet, but Pietrangelo made an impression in just about every other facet of the game. The big blueliner added to his Conn Smythe case with a remarkable defensive performance that included seven blocked shots, two takeaways and a total shutdown of Dallas forward Jamie Benn over the course of a game-high 26:12 TOI.

Troy Brouwer, St. Louis Blues

St. Louis GM Doug Armstrong's decision to trade skilled winger T.J. Oshie to the Washington Capitals for the more physical Brouwer continues to pay off. The big winger was a relentless presence on the forecheck in Game 7, picking up three hits and helping key the Blues attack with a goal and two assists. He finished the series with four goals and eight points, both team highs.
