Florida Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky pulled off a bit of magic on Tuesday night as he made a spectacular flailing save in order to deny the Tampa Bay Lightning what would've been a go-ahead goal late into the second period on Tuesday.

After falling forward to protect the near post, Bobrovsky was stunningly able to contort his body as he dove back across the face of the goal and miraculously swatted away a shot attempt from defenseman Matt Dumba.

The Lightning will be hard pressed to find a better goalscoring opportunity than that one, as Dumba was essentially shooting into an open net, but Bobrovsky recovered just in time to make a heroic save to keep things tied at 2–2.

NHL fans were in utter disbelief over Bobrovsky's jaw-dropping effort between the sticks, and they had plenty of praise for the 35-year-old on social media.
