Ravens will show Michael Phelps race in stadium during preseason game
Fans at Thursday’s Ravens game will be able to see Michael Phelps swim at the Olympics.
The Baltimore Ravens will broadcast Michael Phelps’s 200m individual medley on the stadium’s video boards Thursday, the team announced Wednesday.
The Ravens are playing a preseason game that night and the race will be shown during a break in the action. Phelps’s race is scheduled for about 10 p.m. ET.
Phelps, a Baltimore native, has won the 200m IM at each of the last three Olympics. He is a Ravens fan and has been honored by the team on multiple occasions.
Phelps won his record 21st gold medal on Tuesday night in the 200m freestyle relay. He also won gold in the 100m freestyle relay and the 200m butterfly. His final race will be the 100m butterfly.
