Jasmine Paolini struggled with the question of which celebrity she wanted sitting courtside for one of her matches.

It is not easy to throw Jasmine Paolini off her game. The 28-year-old recently made it to the finals in Wimbledon's ladies' singles tournament. On the way, Paolini knocked off several tough opponents and never looked nervous.

However, that would be a different story if Roger Federer sat courtside for one of her matches. In a recent interview, the Tennis Channel asked Paolini which celebrity she wanted sitting courtside for one of her matches.

"Oh, this is tough. This is tough because, you know, I can say, also, Roger Federer. But then, I'm going to be like so nervous. So, maybe nobody," Paolini said with a laugh.

Federer made some appearances at Wimbledon over the past two weeks, but apparently was never able to make it to one of Paolini's matches. Hopefully, that changes soon.

Paolini will represent Italy in the 2024 Summer Olympics at Roland Garros and then play at the US Open in New York City. Tennis fans can follow Sports Illustrated's Serve on SI for all the most important news from the sport.
