At this point in the tennis calendar, it feels like the calm before the storm. Roland Garros is in the rearview mirror, with Wimbledon, the Olympics, and US Open rapidly approaching.

Naturally, now is a time for to create some lighthearted content for tennis fans. The Women's Tennis Association (WTA) asked some of its top-ranked players to make their predictions for the ongoing Euro 2024 soccer tournament.

The WTA social media team created a thread post on X (formerly known as Twitter) and Instagram post, where they shared the screenshots of player replies. Their answers did not disappoint.

First off, Coco Gauff predicted France. The American player said, "I want and think France will win! Allezzzz."

Next, Aryna Sabalenka went with Germany. The Belarusian player replied, "Germany?!" Then American player Jessica Pegula agreed with Sabalenka, saying, "Germany!!"

Ons Jabeur was not sure, so the Tunisian player replied, "Portugal/France," followed by the sweating emoji.

Lastly, British player Emma Raducanu went with her home country. Raducanu said, "Engggerrrlleeennddd." She also added several flag emojis for good measure.

Huge shout-out to the WTA for this enjoyable content. In the meantime, tennis fans can follow Sports Illustrated's Serve on SI for all the most important news from the sport.
