The fictional character Tashi Duncan from the movie Challengers scored an adidas deal before her collegiate career at Stanford ever started. However, actress Zendaya secured an ambassadorship with the Swiss sportswear brand On after filming the movie.

Zendaya said she learned about On during her crash course in tennis on the set of Challengers. Fast forward two years and the iconic star has officially teamed up with the brand.

Earlier this month, Zendaya teamed up with On as part of a multi-year collaboration. The partnership launched with their first creative campaign - Dream Together. The campaign aims to open up conversation about how sport and movement brings people together.

Of course, tennis legend Roger Federer joined On in July 2020. Since then, the brand has launched multiple signature tennis shoes and apparel collections in Federer's name, which has taken the sport by storm.

Federer welcomed Zendaya to the On family with a social media post where he recreated one of the more dramatic scenes from Challengers. Now, the two teammates are on the tennis courts filming a new advertisement for the brand.

On Thursday, media and fans spotted Zendaya and Federer recording a new video promotion for On. The two were recorded playing tennis in front of the On headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland.

The partnership between On and Zendaya is a match made in heaven. The sportswear brand has been on an incredible roll in recent years, making waves in the sports and lifestyle markets. Meanwhile, Zendaya continues to cement her place as the most influential artist in the world.

We cannot wait to see what the future holds for this partnership. Tennis fans can follow Sports Illustrated's Serve on SI for all the most important news from the sport.
