Chicago Sky rookie sensation Angel Reese has found a way to turn her passionate playing style and unapologetic personality into one of the most marketable brands of any professional athlete.

And Reese added to her already impressive portfolio of NIL deals on Wednesday, as she announced on X that she's collaborating with Reese's Candy for a limited edition "Angel Reese x Reese’s Pieces Logo Collection" that's available exclusively on her website.

According to a press release from Boardroom, "The first of three “Angel x Reese’s” collection drops launches Wednesday on TheAngelReese.com, featuring eight “Pieces” items, including tees, hoodies, and hats. The two future drops will see a jersey release and, lastly, another eight-item apparel set featuring the brand’s Reese’s Cups logo. "

This brilliant deal stems from the obvious connection between Reese's last name and the iconic candy brand. After a win over the Indiana Fever in late June, Reese posted on X writing, "Reese's pieces where yall at?????"

In the weeks prior, Reese's fervent fanbase has begun calling themselves the Reese's Pieces. And with their beloved rookie acknowledging and legitimizing with this post, the fanbase's nickname was cemented.

The Reese's X account responded to the rookie's post, writing, "Where are we? Just following our favorite player." Along with an image showing a Reese’s Pieces candy wearing Angel’s signature headband.

Apparently, Reese's team and representatives from Reese's (which is owned by The Hershey Company) began discussing a potential brand deal soon after. And Wednesday marks the culmination of that process.

A few days after this viral social media interaction between the two Reese's, the Sky rookie wore a custom pair of Reese's Candy-themed shoes during a WNBA game against the Minnesota Lynx.

The Boardroom release quotes Reese saying of this brand deal, "I wanted to deliver something that they could proudly wear this season.

“We worked as quickly as possible with Reese’s to build a collection that really reflected who I am — bold, vibrant, and unapologetically me," Reese added.

There's no doubt this iconic collaboration is going to sell out in short order, so you'd better act fast if you're keen to get yourself some Reese's Pieces apparel.
