The first images of Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese in NBA2K25 have been revealed and the reaction is about what one could've expected. The two WNBA rookies from the Indiana Fever and Chicago Sky have generated excitement with fans all season and their video game likenesses did the same.

Sometimes there is some backlash to the renderings, but it is hard to take issue here. It appears the developers got it right with Clark and Reese and feedback online said the same. Even posts under an account named "Hater Report" had to give the looks props.

NBA2K25 is set for release in September but in this instance the W is helping to build the buzz, with the reveal of the rookies being an obvious marketing ploy to generate excitement for the upcoming release.

When it comes to actual gameplay, it's a good bet Angel's rankings will allow users to dominate the boards. Reese is averaging nearly 12 rebounds a game for the Sky. She is also scoring 13.5 points in putting up a double-double nearly every contest.

While Clark's attributes should be high across the board. Caitlin is currently averaging 17.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 8.2 assists. If she were to hold or improve on the 17+ points and 8+ assists she would become the only player in history to reach those averages in both categories for a season.

Both Clark and Reese will get back into real on court action soon with the WNBA season resuming Thursday, but their video game versions have already gotten the hype going.
