The WNBA All-Star Game is reportedly heading to Indianapolis in 2025. ESPN's Alexa Philippou had the news first, but after Indiana Fever All-Star Caitlin Clark called it.

The official announcement is expected later this week, yet when the report was released fans went back and found a video of Clark from the recent festivities in Phoenix that was originally posted by the Fever. In the clip Clark can be seen thanking fans for watching, shouting out her teammates Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell, and saying that Indy needs to host the action.

"Gotta bring it to Indianapolis. That's what we need to do. Bring this to Indianapolis. Bring the party to Indy.

It's unclear whether the league actually acted on Caitlin's plea, but it would be naive to believe the decision to have Indianapolis as the host city wasn't influenced by the presence of the Fever star.

The timing comes as the team released a series of metrics indicating just how much CC has moved the needle in her rookie season. That goes for this past year's All-Star Game as well given it was seen by 3.44 million viewers, more than doubling the previous record for ratings.

Clark dished out 10 assists in the contest as the WNBA All-Stars notably defeated Team USA and Olympics squad that went on to capture an eighth straight gold medal in Paris.

Obviously 2025 is still a little ways away, but the good news is the WNBA season is about resume. Clark and the Fever get back to work on Friday as she looks to continue to set records, both when it comes to viewership and on court achievements.
