Fever Permanently Sell Out of Caitlin Clark All-Star Jerseys in Minutes

Grace Smith-USA TODAY Sports

The supply has not caught up with the demand when it comes to Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark. The Fever announced that All-Star jerseys were available to be purchased from the team store but just minutes later had to mention that all the Clark jerseys were already sold out.

This obviously led to natural follow ups from fans wondering if there would be more made available at a later date. The answer was not what they wanted to hear as the team store noted that there would not be a restock.

This is simply the latest in a long list of examples of the popularity Clark has brought to the league. In fact, Caitlin received over 600,000 more All-Star votes than first-place got a season ago. Her teammate Aliyah Boston came in second place and Kelsey Mitchell was also selected. Their jerseys were made available by the Fever as well.

The WNBA has seen record ratings and attendance in Clark's first season andher performance is now aligning with the hype. All-Star jerseys are of course not the only pieces of CC memorabilia fans can find, as Clark has her own signature basketball line with Wilson, her own trading card collection through Panini, and soon will have a Nike signature shoe available. Something that was widely discussed before the season even started.

Clark will team up with fellow rookie Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky in the All-Star Game as they take on the Team USA squad heading to the Olympics. Though unfortunately for Fever fans, Clark's jersey for the game was gone faster than she pushes the ball in transition.
