Rebecca Lobo Says Caitlin Clark Is WNBA's Best Passer

Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark's playmaking has been on display all season. Clark has generated more points than any other player in the WNBA, in large part because she leads the league in assists. By a good margin. Her passing also turned heads during the All-Star festivities. All of this leading to women's basketball legend and ESPN analyst Rebecca Lobo stating what has become clear to many, Clark is the best passer in the W.

Lobo joined Sirius XM NBA Radio and had this to say about CC. "She's incredible...Chelsea Gray over the course of the last few years has been the best point guard in the world and the best passer in the WNBA. I think right now Caitlin is right there, if not passing her, in terms of the passing. I think she is the best passer in the league right now."

The words are certainly strong, if not obvious. I previously dubbed Clark the best point guard in the league already, for many of the reasons Rebecca stated. And even fellow rookie Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky was taken aback by Clark's ability to find open teammates, sharing this on the WNBA All-Star broadcast. "I know when she gets the ball I'm running to look for the ball because I know she's gonna throw it. She's been great to play with....We're going to be playing with each other a lot. Hopefully in four years we'll be Olympians together."

It seems Lobo's take, like Clark's passing, will soon be spread around everywhere.
