Steph Curry's electric performance to lead Team USA to a gold medal win over France had the women's basketball world elated.

UConn star Paige Bueckers was all of us watching Steph Curry take over for Team USA down the stretch to secure a victory over France and a gold medal for men's basketball in the Olympics.

Bueckers initially simply posted Curry's first name in capital letters on X, "STEPHHHHH", following it up shortly thereafter with "Nah he’s UNREAL", presumably after Chef sunk another three. Curry did hit eight triples in the win after all.

Paige of course was not the only notable figure in the women's basketball world to take notice of Curry's electric shot making. Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark, who has been compared to Steph plenty, shared an Instagram story writing "Cheat Code" next to a photo of Curry's iconic nite nite celebration.

While Breanna Stewart of the New York Liberty, who has been a standout for the US women's squad and is the reigning WNBA and Olympics MVP, posted, "Steph too cold". That as her team is also set to take on France for a chance at an eighth straight gold for the American women and a third for Stewie herself.

A'ja Wilson, who has anchored the front court for Team USA next to Stewart also had something to say about Steph. The Las Vegas Aces star was just as excited as everyone else in exclaiming, "Steph whatttttttt!! Insane !!" in a post of her own.

Dawn Staley, former Team USA coach and current coach of the national champions at South Carolina joined in on the fun as well, shouting out Steph in a message that was sent from Paris where she has been taking in the Olympics action.

Phoenix Mercury star Natasha Cloud was yet another player to react, as she recognized the ridiculous performance by her fellow point guard. Cloud emphatically said, "STOP PLAYING WITH THAT MAN CHEF CURRY".

A sentiment that was shared not only by her women's basketball peers, but any fan of the game. And anyone who watched the ridiculous display by Steph Curry for Team USA.
