Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese were both catapulted into global superstardom once Reese taunted Clark in the final seconds of the 2023 Women's NCAA National Championship Game.

The clip of Reese mimicking Clark's "You Can't See Me" gesture (which was popularized by the wrestler John Cena, and which Clark did earlier in the game) and then taunting her by pointing to her ring finger in Clark's face went extremely viral as soon as it occurred.

It has since come out that Reese taunted Clark in this way because she thought Clark taunted her LSU team with the "You Can't See Me" gesture; when in reality, Clark was doing it towards her own Iowa bench.

Reese either didn't realize this in the moment, or simply didn't care.

And Reese's taunting didn't end there. Reese continued to mimic and trash-talk Clark during an Instagram Live video at LSU's on-court championship celebration, minutes after the game ended,

"What are y'all going to say now? Caitlin Clark..." Reese said before re-enacting the "You Can't See Me" gesture.

"I'm not the one to disrespect," Reese added. "I disrespect around here."

Reese then mimicked a shooting motion before turning to a teammate and saying, "She didn't do this tonight, did she?"

This live video didn't receive nearly the same traction on social media as Reese's on-court trash-talking, which means many fans never saw it.

But the clip resurfaced on social media Friday morning, causing outrage among one fan who wrote, "I HAD NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE. I’ll tell you what Angel won’t be able to see, and that’s a Rookie of The Year Award. She will see a BEATDOWN on the Barbie Court at the end of the month though, when the Fever play the Sky."

This clip has since reignited the Reese and Clark rivalry among many other fans who are now seeing this video for the first time.

"Funny after she lost to Caitlin this year she cried in regards to what's happening outside the court lmao to avoid the fact that she got beaten by caitlin," one fan wrote in response to the video.

"Begging for notoriety. There are zero victims when lousy character gets addressed," said another.

The two rookie sensations have since appeared to squash their beef. But their respective fanbases may never stop being at odds with each other,
