She got tangled up with Brionna Jones on this play.
Hope she's doing okay ๐๐ฝpic.twitter.com/ygb5Dgmw7Y
Brink was hurt mid-way through the first quarter following an awkward landing while trying to drive past Brionna Jones of the Sun. Brink initially looked to try to walk it off but eventually had to be assisted off the court while putting no weight on her leg.
Pray for Cameron Brink everyone. I hope she is ok.

The second overall pick in the WNBA Draft was quickly ruled out for the rest of the game by Los Angeles and obviously will be evaluated further. Brink was averaging 8.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.5 blocks through the first 14 games of her rookie season.
She was also named to the USA 3x3 Olympic team and recently was on the receiving end of high praise from league legend Diana Taurasi of the Phoenix Mercury who had this to say about the young star in an interview with Dime,
"She goes into every game knowing sheโs going to get knocked around, and she doesnโt care, and she accepts it. She acknowledges it, and she comes back and does it again."
The 2021 national championship winner with Stanford was shown a ton of support from WNBA fans following the scary scene with Lakers legend Magic Johnson taking to X to wish her well as well.
Sending prayers up for Cameron Brink right now. Hoping that this is not a serious injury! ๐๐พ
