Neymar continued his blistering international scoring pace with two goals in Brazil's 4–1 friendly rout of the United States.
The two sides squared off at Gillette Stadium in a match that was largely one-sided, with Neymar entering as a second-half substitute and promptly getting to work, drawing then hitting a 51st-minute penalty kick past Brad Guzan. He followed up with a 67th-minute score, receiving the ball in the box and taking two decisive touches before finishing near post through several U.S. defenders.
With 46 goals in 67 international caps, 23-year-old Neymar sits just two goals behind Zico for fourth all-time in Brazil history. Pele, the country's all-time leader, scored 77.
