Elvis Dumervil will not face charges of aggravated assault, according to a report from the Denver Post.

The Denver Broncos' Pro Bowl defensive end was arrested in Miami on July 15 after being implicated in a road rage incident involving firearms. According to the Post, Dumervil and a friend had reportedly approached the occupants of a white Chevy Impala and raised their shirts to display guns tucked into their waistbands, as part of an ongoing road feud.
