U.S. soccer star Hope Solo appeared in court on Tuesday along with fiance Jerramy Stevens, a former Seahawks and Buccaneers tight end, in a domestic violence case stemming from an incident early Monday morning, seattlepi.com is reporting.

Stevens was cleared due to a lack of evidence after he was arrested for a fourth-degree assault that reportedly occurred at a house in Kirkland, Wash.:

"According to court documents, Stevens was arrested after police were called to an altercation in which Solo's younger brother, Marcus, had used a "stun gun" while allegedly fighting a group of males who were not invited to a party at the house.

According to reports, Marcus Solo was the one who called police. After officers talked to him outside the house, Hope Solo emerged from the home with blood on her elbow. She was not very cooperative with the police, at one point yelling to her brother, "Don't say anything to them, Marcus," according to a police report."
