Louisiana State junior cornerback Tharold Simon will declare for the NFL Draft, the player announced Monday. Simon played in every game for the 10-3 Tigers, who lost the Chick-Fil-A Bowl to Clemson on New Year's Eve.

Simon had a season-high seven tackles in the big game, to go with 37 combined tackles on the year and four interceptions.
