Maryland sophomore center Alex Len will enter his name into the 2013 NBA Draft, Yahoo Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski reported on Sunday.
The 19-year-old Len is expected to formally announce his decision this week at a news conference on campus, according to Wojnarowski. Len, who is listed at 7 feet 1 inches and 255 pounds, joins a heralded class of big men that includes Kentucky's Nerlens Noel, Indiana's Cody Zeller, Baylor's Isaiah Austin, and Rudy Gohbert of France. All of those centers are projected to be picked in the lottery.
ESPN.com's Chad Ford ranks Len as the 12th-best overall prospect and third-best center prospect, behind Noel and Zeller.
