Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, who has been out for the past two games with a strained hamstring that he suffered against the New York Giants on Oct. 6, will reportedly start on Sunday when the two teams go head-to-head for a second time this season.

According to a report Tuesday from Jeff McClane of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Vick will start even if he's not 100 percent healthy. Two weeks ago, he called the strain a "bad pull" and said he was "60, 65 percent" ready to return.

The team practices on Tuesday as they begin to prepare for Sunday's matchup at home, and according to Les Bowen of the Daily News, Vick will make the announcement later on Tuesday after practice.

News of Vick's likely return comes just days after Eagles quarterback Nick Foles suffered a concussion in Sunday's 17-3 loss at home vs. the Dallas Cowboys.

Before going down with his hamstring injury, Vick was 1-3 as a starter, playing half a game in the Eagles' 31-20 win over the Giants in their previous matchup this season. On the season, he has thrown for 1,185 yards, completing 53.8 percent of his passes and tossing five touchdowns and two interceptions. Over the course of four games, he also recorded 307 running yards and two touchdowns on 33 carries.

If for whatever reason Vick does not make his return on Sunday, and Foles remains out with a concussion, rookie Matt Barkley will step in against the Giants. The former USC quarterback threw three interceptions while filling in for Foles on Sunday.
