Los Angeles Clippers' star Chris Paul will miss the team's game against the Sacramento Kings on Friday with a hamstring injury, according to the Los Angeles Times' Brad Turner.
Paul injured his hamstring in the 3rd quarter of the Clippers win over the New York Knicks on Wednesday night, and did not return to the game. Paul said that he felt he would be ready to go on Friday after the injury, but coach Doc Rivers was a little more cautious:
"Chris has told me already twice that he'll be ready for Friday but that doesn't mean that that's true. That's just what he said."
Rivers also said that he is going to be "way more conservative" with Paul's injury than usual.

Paul has led the Clippers to an 11-5 start this season. The team's 107 points-per-game is good for 2nd in the league.
