The Boston Celtics and Memphis Grizzlies are reportedly nearing a deal which would send Courtney Lee to Memphis in exchange for Jerryd Bayless, according to Marc Stein of ESPN.
Lee's contract, which has just over $11 million and 2 years remaining, would be offset by the $7.5 million balance on the trade exception the Grizzlies received when Rudy Gay was traded to the Toronto Raptors last season.

The Celtics have been looking to rid themselves of Lee's contract despite the guard's .492/.442/.818 shooting splits this season.
