Report: Arian Foster sued by woman claiming she was pressured to have abortion

A woman is suing Houston Texans running back Arian Foster, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ (via Pro Football Talk). The woman claims that Foster and family members harassed her to have an abortion after Foster impregnated her, according to the report.
The woman, Brittany, said that she is 17 weeks pregnant. In the filing, according to TMZ, Foster "constantly harassed [her] to get an abortion for the child." The woman says that the baby is due in June.
Foster has not commented on the lawsuit. He and his representatives did not respond to TMZ's request for comment. Foster's attorney, Alvin Zimmerman, told local station KHOU that he did not yet have a comment.
According to KHOU, the woman's attorney has filed a temporary restraining order against Foster. There will be a hearing on a restraining order is set for Wednesday morning.
