Four-star defensive back Bishard "Budda" Baker from Bellevue High School in Washington verbally committed to Washington on Tuesday.
All high school football athletes can sign their National Letters of Intent starting tomorrow.
Baker decommitted from Oregon last month writing on Twitter that the Ducks "are a great program just not the right program for me."
Baker, a 5-foot-9, 174-pounder, was an U.S. Army All-American, who also rushed for 600 yards and scored 12 touchdowns this past season.
