Bobsledder Lolo Jones won't be competing until next week, but, battling flu-like symptoms, the 31-year-old was sent to her hotel room so her teammates wouldn't get sick.
She was released on Monday and will participate in official training runs beginning Friday. U.S. bobsled spokesperson Amanda Bird confirmed to the Associated Press that the move was precautionary.
