Jarron Collins, will join the coaching staff of Eddie Jordan at Rutgers University, according to Frank Isola of the New York Daily News.

Collins played in the NBA for 11 years, including eight seasons with the Utah Jazz, before retiring after the 2011 season.

Jason Collins, Jarron's twin brother, became the first openly gay player in the history of the major American sports leagues when he signed a contract with the Brooklyn Nets last month.
